As in previous editions, this year’s Energy Taiwan exhibition has provided an ideal opportunity for DSC Energy to welcome partners and customers from around the world and hold productive discussions about ongoing projects and future endeavors.
Beyond the exhibition, we accompanied customers from Germany and the Philippines on a tour of our partner’s facilities in Miaoli, where battery packs, ESS cabinets, and containers are assembled on a state-of-the-art, fully automated production line — one of Taiwan’s most advanced as of 2026.
The factory tour was followed by the inspection of an already operational BESS site, also in the Miaoli area. As with other projects in Taiwan and Japan, this storage system combines cells from a Tier 1 Chinese supplier with high-end safety systems made in the US. Its software (BMS and EMS) and communications components are developed in-house in Taiwan and fully compliant with Japan’s latest cybersecurity certifications and standards.
